Shipping and Deliveries Policy

Shipping Options and Costs

Orders are shipped using reliable express courier services.

Shipping costs and any applicable additional charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. A single shipping fee applies per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.


Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

All products offered for sale are in stock and shipped from our warehouse in Italy.
Shipments are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Italian public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

  • Italy (mainland): approximately 24 hours

  • Europe: approximately 48 hours

  • Rest of World: approximately 72–96 hours

These delivery timeframes are indicative only and not guaranteed. Any delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control are not attributable to Just Cavalli Watches or Aion Time S.r.l.


Failed Delivery Attempts and Storage

If delivery attempts fail due to recipient unavailability and the shipment is placed into storage by the courier, the recipient is responsible for arranging prompt collection.

If uncollected goods remain in storage at Aion Time S.r.l. for three (3) months, they may be considered abandoned, and an amount up to the full product value may be retained to cover storage and handling costs.


Refusal or Non-Delivery Due to Customer Action

If delivery is refused or otherwise prevented for reasons attributable to the recipient (including refusal to pay customs charges, incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts), the following round-trip handling costs will be deducted from any refund:

  • €15 – Italy

  • €35 – Europe

  • €70 – Rest of World

Any applicable payment platform processing fees and re-import taxes or customs charges may also be deducted where incurred.


Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, you are required to:

  • verify that the number of parcels corresponds to the courier’s delivery note;

  • check the integrity of the packaging.

Any visible damage, tampering, or discrepancy must be immediately noted on the courier’s delivery receipt with a specific reservation (e.g. “package damaged”).
Without such notation, we may be unable to accept claims for damage or missing items.


Post-Delivery Issues

Any issues regarding the condition of the product, correspondence with the order, or completeness of the shipment must be reported within 3 days of delivery via our official contact channels.


Customs and Import Duties

  • EU customers: no additional duties or taxes apply. VAT is calculated based on the destination country.

  • Non-EU customers: unless otherwise stated at checkout, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the recipient refuses to pay customs charges, the shipment will be returned and the handling costs described above will be deducted from any refund.
