Returns and Exchanges Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the last item in their order, without providing any reason. The withdrawal period extends over weekends and public holidays.

At Just Cavalli Watches, we voluntarily extend this right by offering a 30-day return period, subject to the conditions outlined below.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unworn, and returned in pristine condition (including original packaging and tags).

All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Italy. Return shipping costs and responsibility are borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Just Cavalli Watches cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit.

Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the product price will be refunded.

Refund of Original Shipping Costs (EU Customers)

For EU customers exercising the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded. Additional costs arising from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered are non-refundable.

Damaged, Faulty, or Non-Compliant Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify our customer service at info@justcavalliwatches.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographic evidence of the fault.

In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Just Cavalli Watches will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund.

Important Notice on Faulty Returns: All items returned as "faulty" undergo a technical inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. If the product is found to be in perfect working condition, or if the damage is determined to be caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized tampering, the return will be treated as a standard return. In such cases, any return transport costs sustained by Just Cavalli Watches will be deducted from your final refund.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery
  • Products that by their nature cannot be returned

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days from:

  • The date we receive the returned item, or
  • The date you provide valid proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Please note that refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same return process described above. Once your return has been approved and refunded, you may place a new order for the desired item.
